At CarScent Co., we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your CarScent Diffuser for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

How To Return Your Order

To initiate a return, contact us at support@carscentco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@carscentco.com with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Items showing signs of misuse or intentional damage

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
