SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping on All US Orders
At CarScent Co., we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum order required.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–11 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
CarScent Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@carscentco.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@carscentco.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. CarScent Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@carscentco.com. We will do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.
